Abstract Submission

ACPR invites authors to submit abstracts reflecting clinical experience, research, and innovation in plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive microsurgery.

We encourage the submission of scientific papers, clinical cases, or research projects relevant to the conference theme by 15.10.2026

Author Guidelines

  • Abstracts may be submitted by specialists, residents, researchers, and medical students.
  • Only original works are accepted. Submissions must not have been previously published or under review at other scientific events.
  • The corresponding author is responsible for the accuracy of the submitted information and communication with the organizers.
  • An author may submit multiple abstracts, with no numerical limit.

Thematic Areas

Abstracts must be assigned to one of the congress thematic areas, reflecting the multidisciplinary approach to vascular pathology.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Language: Romanian / English
  • Maximum length: 250–300 words (excluding title and keywords)
  • Recommended structure:
    • Introduction / Background
    • Objective
    • Material and Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusions
  • The title must be written in uppercase letters
  • Figures, tables, or images are not allowed
  • Abbreviations must be defined at first use
  • Include 3–5 keywords

Abstract Submission Form

The submission must include:

  • Author(s) details
  • Institutional affiliation
  • Abstract title
  • Thematic area
  • Full abstract text
  • Keywords

After submission, the corresponding author will receive a confirmation email.

Review Process

All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee of the congress.

Evaluation criteria include:

  • Scientific relevance
  • Originality
  • Clarity and structure
  • Thematic relevance

Abstracts may be accepted for:

  • Oral presentation
  • Poster presentation

The decision of the Scientific Committee is final and will be communicated to authors via email.
